The first Wii game with four sports meant there were a bazillion ways to play, and we wanted to give them coverage.
The solution? Invent a sports network. Get a couple of giant real-life Mii bobble-head anchors. Rollick around in a SportsCenter knockoff set. Crack knee-slappers and eye-rollers for days.
For weeks we broadcast online. A half-dozen or so custom shows. Close to a hundred pieces of content. Witty sports anchor banter. Enough puns to choke a Goomba.
In the end, there was a pile of video content so high even Waluigi would have trouble dunking over it. The fans ate it up and the title sold mega well.
